1. Services and eligibility

Design Print Lab provides artwork review, graphic design, file cleanup, production preparation, large-format printing, finishing, packaging, shipping, and related services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and contact information.

2. Quotes, calculator pricing, and order acceptance

Calculator totals and online quotes are based on the dimensions, quantity, material, options, and other information you provide. A one-square-foot billing minimum applies. A $10 small-order fee applies when the combined print area is under four square feet. Lamination and qualifying overnight FedEx shipping are included where expressly shown.

Online totals are estimates until we verify artwork, dimensions, material availability, production requirements, delivery eligibility, and applicable taxes. We may correct pricing errors, reject an order, or provide a revised quote before payment or production. An order is accepted only after we confirm its specifications and payment requirements.

3. Payment, deposits, taxes, and balances

Payment terms are stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, or checkout. Deposits and design fees compensate us for reserved capacity and work performed and are generally non-refundable once work begins. Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be added unless we receive valid exemption documentation. All balances must be paid before release of final production files, shipment, or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Files, preflight, and production specifications

You are responsible for submitting usable artwork and accurate finished dimensions. Our preflight is a production review, not a guarantee that all errors will be detected. Unless expressly included, we do not proofread, verify legal claims, test QR codes or links, confirm trademark rights, or independently validate client-supplied measurements. Files may be adjusted for bleed, scaling, paneling, color mode, output profiles, or production requirements.

Color appearance varies among screens, proofing devices, inks, media, laminates, lighting, and production runs. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a written color-matching service and approved physical standard are included.

5. Proofs and approval

You must carefully review proofs for spelling, contact information, pricing, colors, images, logos, placement, measurements, dimensions, cut paths, panel direction, and overall content. Approval authorizes production based on the proof shown. We are not responsible for errors visible in an approved proof. Changes after approval may require additional charges, and if production has begun you are responsible for costs to stop, modify, reproduce, or restart the work.

6. Turnaround, shipping, and risk of loss

Production time, ship date, carrier service, and delivery time are separate. “Overnight” describes an eligible carrier service after production is complete; it does not mean every order will be produced and delivered the next day. Cutoff times, file approval, payment, material availability, destination, package limitations, weekends, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, and events beyond our control may affect timing.

Free overnight FedEx shipping applies only where displayed and confirmed for an eligible order and destination. Additional charges may apply to oversized packages, remote areas, address corrections, special handling, residential surcharges, international shipments, or reshipment caused by inaccurate information. Risk of loss transfers when the shipment is tendered to the carrier, subject to applicable law and any carrier claim.

7. Inspection, reprints, and claims

Inspect delivered products promptly. Claims involving damage, shortage, incorrect material, or production defect must be submitted in writing within five calendar days of delivery with the order number, photographs, packaging images, and a description of the issue. Do not install, alter, cut, discard, or use disputed material before we review the claim.

If we confirm a production defect caused by us, our remedy may be repair, replacement, reprint, account credit, or refund of the affected item at our discretion. We are not responsible for client-supplied errors, approved-proof errors, inaccurate measurements, improper storage or installation, surface failure, misuse, normal color variation, or carrier delay. Labor, removal, installation, lost profits, and consequential costs are not covered unless agreed in writing.

8. Cancellations, refunds, and inactivity

Cancellation does not eliminate charges for design, prepress, purchased materials, production, administrative work, or other services already performed. Custom products are not returnable merely because the Client changes direction or no longer needs them. Projects inactive for more than 30 days because of Client delay may be suspended or closed and may require a reactivation fee.

9. Client content, acceptable use, and indemnity

You represent that you have all permissions required to use and reproduce the logos, photographs, trademarks, copyrighted works, personal information, and other content you submit. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, malicious, or privacy-violating material. We may refuse or stop work that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ANW Media and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content you supply, your instructions, your installation or use of products, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive the rights expressly stated in the applicable estimate or agreement to the approved finished deliverable. Editable files, working files, templates, fonts, licensed assets, stock resources, reusable design elements, methods, and internal production files are not included unless expressly stated. We retain ownership of our platform, processes, preexisting materials, and general skills and know-how.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except for express written commitments, services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability arising from a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service or product. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, business interruption, or installation costs.

12. Privacy and electronic communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. You agree that estimates, proofs, approvals, notices, invoices, and order communications may be delivered electronically. Electronic approvals and submissions have the same effect as written approvals.

13. Governing law, severability, and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date; changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
