We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

4. Artwork confidentiality and portfolio use
Order details and uploaded production files are stored in non-public systems and are shared with personnel and service providers who need them to perform the requested work. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, financial account credentials, health records, government identification numbers, or other data unnecessary for the project.
We will not knowingly publish confidential, unreleased client artwork solely because it was uploaded. We may display completed, publicly released work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the applicable agreement, written confidentiality instruction, or law provides otherwise. Contact us before ordering if a project requires a nondisclosure agreement.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website and service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to keep the platform functioning, remember settings, measure traffic, detect abuse, and understand site performance. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some functionality may not work correctly.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, support reorders and claims, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. Retention periods vary by record type. Files may be deleted or archived when no longer needed, and we do not guarantee indefinite storage of customer artwork. Keep your own copies of all source and final files.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No internet transmission, storage platform, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using secure transfer links and protecting access to your own accounts and files.
8. Your privacy choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or opt out of promotional communications, by emailing admin@serialwrappers.com. We may verify your identity and retain information where required or permitted for transactions, records, security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or compliance. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights and appeal procedures.
We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform response standard applies. Where legally required, we will honor applicable opt-out preference signals.
